GRATITUDE

The easiest way to create and attract the life that you want is to be grateful for what you already have. Gratitude is a powerful force that can create positive shifts in your life. It works by changing the way you feel at a particular moment. It comes from your heart and it multiplies, bringing more abundance your way. Gratitude is the antidote for the 2 things that hold us back in life: fear and anger. It is impossible to be angry/fearful and grateful simultaneously. When you find yourself feeling fearful or angry, stop and take a moment to ground yourself in gratitude. Write down 5 things that you are grateful for. This is actually a beautiful daily practice. Buy a small journal that you can leave by your bed. Before you go to sleep each night, write down the 5 things that you are most grateful for that day. It could be anything from being grateful for your health or your loving spouse, to being grateful for the guy who held the door open for you or the little girl with the sweet smile you saw that day. When you are in gratitude, you automatically smile and start feeling good. Your brain sends signals to your central nervous system that begins to calm you and slow your heart rate. As you begin to practice gratitude, you start to see the world in a new light, and the life that you desire starts to unfold before you.
